I'm a data scientist and economic researcher whose work sits at the intersection of rigorous quantitative analysis and clear public communication, turning large datasets and economic models into findings that non-specialist audiences can act on. My tools are Python, R, SQL, and Stata; my questions tend to involve labor markets, AI, urban policy, and public finance.
My day job is on LinkedIn's advanced analytics team, where I design KPI frameworks and experiments for product adoption, own the models and analysis that dozens of sales and marketing teams rely on, and wrote the AI governance standards the go-to-market organization adopted. Alongside that, I hold an affiliate researcher position at MIT FutureTech, where I examine AI progress and its economic implications, benchmarking generative AI forecasts against prior technology cycles and analyzing the training data trends that drive capability gains.
I'm a part-time MPA student at NYU Wagner, focused on policy analysis. I bring the same quantitative lens to the classroom that I apply to my research and writing. For the 2026 to 27 year I co-chair the Wagner City Gov Network, the student group for people headed into city government.
Before LinkedIn, I was a data scientist at Starbucks, supporting pricing recommendations and product analytics across international markets. Before that I was a Senior Analyst at Accenture Research, producing quantitative research on generative AI's labor market impact for enterprise and policy audiences. Earlier, as a Research Associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, I contributed to peer-reviewed work on macroeconomics, housing markets, and employment.
I studied Joint Math-Economics at UC San Diego (B.S., 2019), graduating with Provost's Honors. There I co-authored research on WWII-era unemployment dynamics and published work on income-education gradients in developing nations.
My policy writing lives at NYCuriosity, where I bring the same analytical rigor to how New York governs itself: street and transit mandates, the City budget, every fiscal impact statement and every standing obligation the Council has handed agencies since 2014, and monthly reports from inside Manhattan Community Board 3. The tools behind the writing are open at data.nycuriosity.com, and through NYCuriosity Studio I take on a small number of commissioned projects. My work has also run in Streetsblog NYC, Vital City, Searchlight, and Reboot Democracy, and been covered by The City Reporter. I'm an appointed member of Manhattan Community Board 3, serving on the Parks Committee, which puts me in the room for land use, street design, and budget decisions in the Lower East Side and East Village.
With Henry Grunzweig, Jeremie Ponak, and Sourabh Chakraborty I co-organize the State Capacity Ecosystem, a directory, network, and event series for people working on government effectiveness. I've also contributed to Block Party's civic tech platform, building the community board resolutions knowledge base that makes CB records searchable citywide. I'm a member of Technologists for the Public Good.
I also co-founded Menti, a nonprofit that provides free educational resources, workshops, and mentorship to teens and young adults, and have run it as executive director since 2020.
