I use a background in economics, data science, and research to study and write about public policy. By day I'm a data scientist at LinkedIn. The rest of the time I run NYCuriosity, data-driven analysis of NYC transit, streets, the City budget, and how the city governs itself, and build the open civic tools behind it at data.nycuriosity.com. I'm an appointed member of Manhattan Community Board 3, a co-organizer of the State Capacity Ecosystem, a contributor to Block Party, and an MPA student at NYU Wagner, where I co-chair the Wagner City Gov Network.
